Frequently Asked Questions

What duas are included?

Each day, Iman Path shows one Quran verse together with a dua on the same theme. There are more than 230 verse-and-dua pairs covering themes such as anxiety, faith, patience, gratitude, forgiveness, healing, protection and trust in Allah (tawakkul), and new pairs are added over time. The app does not include a morning and evening adhkar collection or situational duas for travel, eating or sleeping.

Where do the duas come from? Are they from hadith?

Most of the duas are original supplications written in Arabic for the app, inspired by the verse they are paired with. They are not hadith narrations and are not attributed to the Prophet (peace be upon him). A small number are Quranic, such as Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas. The verse itself is always shown from the Quran text, with its surah and verse number. For duas narrated in the Sunnah, refer to a trusted hadith collection or your local imam.

How is the daily dua chosen?

The dua is linked to that day's Quran verse, so the two always share a theme, and the theme is shown on the card. A new pair appears each day, and you can look back at previous days in your history. You can also share a dua or open a chat with Iman Buddy to reflect on it.

Are transliterations provided?

Yes. Every dua is shown in Arabic script with a Latin transliteration to help you recite it, along with its meaning in your language. The meaning is written as a reflective rendering that expands on the dua, rather than a word-for-word translation.

What languages are supported?

The daily verse and dua are available in all 11 app languages: English, Arabic, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Kazakh, Indonesian, Malay and Urdu.
